DLI offers Build to Print services designed to facilitate thin film product design, manufacturing and testing from prototype to high volume production. Our custom ceramics offer significantly better thermal performance than the majority of the industry standard ceramics and have an added benefit of a sufficiently higher dielectric constant (K) allowing miniaturization opportunities and temperature stable performance.

DLI has a family of high-Q ceramic cavity resonators that provide an ideal solution for high performance, low-cost microwave, or millimeter wave oscillators. Fully shielded and designed on temperature stable, high K ceramics offering small size and frequency tolerance <1%.

DLI's Miniature Bias Filter Networks filter unwanted signals from bias and control lines over the 10MHz to 40 GHz frequency range. They provide over 40 dB of isolation at a fraction of the cost and size of traditional solutions (smaller than an 0603 capacitor).

DLI's Gain Equalizer offers superior microwave performance with excellent repeatability for many high frequency applications requiring compensation for negative gain slope. These equalizers offer ease of assembly at a reduced size and cost to traditional solutions and even come packaged in tape and reel.
